Description

You'll be responsible for providing Sticker Mule customers with world-class customer support. We deliver fast, reliable, and efficient service. We only offer support via email and social media, so you must have outstanding writing skills. You'll respond to customer inquiries in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customers via email using a conversational and helpful tone.
  1. Propose edits and additions to FAQs and internal knowledge base.
  1. Suggest opportunities for our product team to make our customers happy.  
  1. Offer ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation.

Requirements

  1. 1+ years experience in a Customer Support role
  1. Exceptional writing skills
  1. Experience working remotely

Hours

  1. 8am-8pm MST

This schedule works on a rotating two-week schedule as follows:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

  1. 10am-6pm MST
  2. 12pm-8pm MST
  3. 3pm-11pm MST

Pay & benefits

  1. $22.00/hr-$23.50/hr
