Description
1. Associate Teacher (Fluent English Speaking)
Requirements:
- Degree holder, newly qualified teacher, or part-time PGDE student
- Interest in gaining IB/PYP experience
- Commitment to student-centered, inquiry-based learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers and students in primary classes (ages 6-11)
- Work with small groups of students
- Cover classes as needed
2. PYP Support (Shadow) Teacher
Requirements:
- Provide direct support for individual students by adapting the curriculum and assessment
- Work with students individually or in small groups, focusing on academic or learning needs
- Maintain timely communication with class teachers, Student Support Services, and parents
- Fluent English and Mandarin preferred
- Experience in special education and familiarity with IB PYP preferred
- Contract from mid-August 2024 to June 30, 2025
3. Supply Teachers
Requirements:
- Join the supply teachers’ pool for ad hoc assignments
- Registered teacher with the Hong Kong Education Bureau
- Commitment to student-centered and inquiry-based learning
- Knowledge of PYP programs is an advantage
- Right to work in Hong Kong
