Early childhood/Kindergarten ESL/homeroom teachers

Yifan Kindergarten of Beijing is located in the central villa area of the Wenyu River in Shunyi Dist, Beijing, China. The ecological environment is superior and air quality index is good.

Yifan covers an area of 15 acres, and the per capita activity area reaches more than 20 square meters. In order to make the education environment safe and ecological, we have installed a closed fresh air system. The school is equipped with dance classrooms, music classrooms, art classrooms, Chinese and English libraries, outdoor sports fields, indoor basketball gyms, etc. These functional classrooms are not only well-designed, but also incorporate teaching concepts everywhere, allowing children to grow up healthy and happy in an elegant and beautiful environment.

We carry out IEYC curriculums for 2 to 6 year old kids. Each class is equipped with 4 teachers, one foreign, one Chinese local, one assistant and one nursery. There are about 15 students each class.

Job description

1. Teach 2 to 6 year old students according to the daily class schedule.

2. 8 office hours per day, from Monday to Friday.

3. Make lesson plans, and Participate in daily activities.

Job requirements

1. Personal Skills and Abilities

Ability to be a team player, able to establish effective working relationships with staff, students and parents; Skills in working with a range of students of different backgrounds; Skills in inquiry-based learning; Love  to teach children.

2. Knowledge

Good understanding of contemporary teaching and learning theories and practice in language acquisition; Good understanding of collaborative planning; good  understanding of differentiation.

Qualification

1. Native English speakers, female preferred.

2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

3. Teaching certificate or TESOL/TEFL holders.

4. At least 2 years preschool teaching experience. 

Remuneration package

1. Competitive salary for teachers: 15,000RMB to 25,000RMB/Month after tax.
2. House allowance: 4000RMB. 

3.Flight bonus: 6000RMB upon the fulfillment of the contract.
4. Government holidays: full payment; 2 weeks Christmas holidays/2weeks Spring Festival/5 weeks summer holidays: half payment.
