Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional to elevate MINI Brand awareness and desirability in China. This role involves aligning marketing strategies with customer insights and performance metrics to enhance effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt and Implement Strategies: Customize and execute global marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market.
- Plan and Manage Initiatives: Oversee annual marketing activities, including strategic media buys, product launches, and campaigns.
- Align Messaging: Ensure that marketing communications align with our corporate identity and values.
- Conduct Research: Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Budget and Performance: Establish budgets, set performance specifications, and estimate leads. Monitor campaign performance, assess KPIs, and measure ROI.
- Lead Brand Building: Drive projects to boost brand recognition and appeal.
- Manage Partners: Oversee collaborations with partners and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other relevant tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in research and brand strategy development.
- Highly organized, able to perform under pressure.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in budget management.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand and marketing strategies, ideally within multinational companies, with a focus on automotive, premium brands, or performance media.
