Position Overview

As the key representative for MINI China, you will lead MINI agent management at the area level and serve as the primary liaison between MINI and its agents.

What Awaits You

  • Agent Performance Management: Oversee all aspects of MINI agent performance within your assigned geographic areas.
  • Operational Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance MINI customer and user operations, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes and an improved Omni-channel experience.
  • Performance and Profitability: Maximize agent performance and profitability across sales, parts, and service by setting and achieving annual business plans, improving sales performance, and managing agent profitability.
  • Marketing and Community Operations: Develop and implement marketing strategies and customer loyalty activities tailored to local market changes.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to NSC operating standards in Sales, Parts, Service, Marketing, CI & Facilities, Training, Personnel, and Systems.
  • Coaching and Development: Advise and mentor agents on managerial and corporate matters. Support agents' professional development in sales and marketing functions, including certification, retention, and assessment.
  • Risk Monitoring: Monitor agent and shareholder risk.
  • Specialist Coordination: Coordinate with NSC specialists and regional technical Aftersales divisions to plan, achieve, and supervise market security measures.
  • Financial Services Promotion: Promote MINI Financial Services to drive volume and profit growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: Diploma in Business Administration, MBA, or equivalent.

    • Legal and social awareness
    • High-income customer management
  • International Experience: Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Chinese vehicle market and service structure.
  • Retail Operations: Experience in agent retail operations and quality management.
  • Motivation and Initiative: Highly motivated, self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in leading and coaching teams.
