HR Marketing & Recruiting Team Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for executing employer branding events, implementing and analyzing data, participating in early project planning and discussions, and contributing fresh ideas from the younger generation;
2. Manage content operations for recruitment WeChat public accounts and follow up on video shooting;
3. Assist in organizing and following up on various HR marketing projects, such as Best You, Long Service Award, and Employee Engagement Events;
4. Support cross-departmental collaboration and supplier management and communication in different projects;
5. Assist in planning and executing recruitment projects/activities, such as campus recruitment, internship programs, and internal referrals;
6. Handle other tasks assigned by the department leader.

Job Requirements

1. Current undergraduate or graduate student, major is not limited (majors in Human Resources, Data Analysis, or Marketing are preferred); able to commit to 3-5 days per week for a 6-month internship;
2. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication skills and proactive work attitude;
3. Relevant internship experience or participation in campus activities;
4. Proficient in English reading and writing, skilled in using Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
5. Internship experience in marketing at multinational companies is a plus.
