R&D Engineer – Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of the latest research and development trends in the medical device industry.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project-related literature to inform development strategies.
• Research and implement new technologies and methods to enhance product development.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from design and development to production.
• Tackle technical challenges with creative solutions and apply core technologies to boost product competitiveness.
• Continuously optimize the product pipeline to increase customer satisfaction and drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Bioengineering, Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Machinery, Optics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English with strong literature and patent writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a strong aptitude for summarizing, sharing, and overcoming research challenges.
