Role Overview: Join MINI China as an Area Manager and take charge of MINI agent management within assigned geographical areas. As the primary liaison between MINI and the agents, you'll oversee agent performance, customer and user operations, and ensure adherence to company standards. Your role will involve steering marketing initiatives, improving operational processes, and enhancing agent profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MINI agent performance and operational improvements.
- Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with NSC operating standards.
- Advise and coach agents on managerial and corporate matters.
- Monitor and develop agent performance in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Promote MINI Financial Services for growth.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience in sales planning, customer operations, and marketing.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in agent retail operations and the Chinese vehicle market.
- Ability to work in an international environment and manage high-income customers.
