Description
Role Overview: Join our HR team as an HR Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and various HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across recruiting support, managing recruiting channels, HR marketing, and assisting with HR programs and data analysis.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist the HRBP team with the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage recruiting channels and maintain the recruiting system.
- Support HR marketing efforts, including job fairs and campus recruitment.
- Contribute to HR programs like talent development.
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis.
- Assist the HRBP team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently an undergraduate or postgraduate student.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral).
- Preferred: Experience in HR-related internships.
