Overview:
Westlake University, a pioneering research institution in China, seeks a dynamic International Collaboration Coordinator. This role involves organizing and supporting international conferences, managing overseas research programs, and fostering global partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in university administration, strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and support international events at Westlake University.
• Assist with international research program management.
• Host and coordinate activities for visiting scholars and experts.
• Cultivate relationships with overseas institutions.
• Serve as the point of contact for external inquiries.
• Support media outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in research or program administration.
• Master’s degree in higher education, social sciences, or international relations preferred.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and management skills.
• Familiarity with Westlake University’s mission and goals.

Desired:
