You will drive marketing and content strategies across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand recognition and fidelity across all allcove centers. This position involves close collaboration with the allcove central office team and managing both traditional and digital marketing communications.

- Manage content creation for websites and social media channels, including the allcove.org website and individual center pages.
- Produce online and print publications, including the allcove toolkit.
- Coordinate the planning and posting of video and photo content from conferences and events.
- Identify and craft stories, Q&As, blogs, and wrap-up pieces.
- Serve as the primary contact for email inquiries related to allcove and CYMHW.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing scans of relevant brand perceptions and trends.
- Represent the brand(s) at conferences and other events.
- Manage vendors and contracts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executing campaigns that build brand awareness, ideally within a non-profit or mission-driven organization.
- Strong background in digital, web, print, and social media marketing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple program areas and stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Strong background in marketing, communications, graphic design, and/or social media content development.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in product, program, and/or services marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing across digital and print channels.
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent desk-based computer tasks, with occasional standing, walking, and phone use.
- Some lifting, sorting, and filing of paperwork may be required.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional work during evenings and weekends.
- Expected to comply with all applicable university policies and procedures.
