Local Position
As the Front Office Manager at Andaz Xintiandi, Shanghai, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the Front Office in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the Front Office, delivering on the brand’s promise, and meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and hotel owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the Front Office Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain high standards in guest service and employee engagement while upholding the brand’s values.
- Ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out and address guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and improve front office processes to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and training for front office staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure cohesive operations and guest service delivery.
- Maintain close communication with hotel management and contribute to decision-making processes that impact the Front Office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager or Front Office Manager in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing teams and handling operational issues effectively.
