Local Position

The intern for this role will be responsible for managing the hotel’s Gallery Host area, similar to the role of an Executive Lounge Manager, and operates at a level comparable to a Front Office Manager (FOM).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Gallery Host area, ensuring smooth operations of reception and management tasks, and maintain familiarity with front office, dining, and banquet services, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
2. Supervise subordinates, delegate tasks, clarify job responsibilities, and adjust work deployment as needed.
3. Maintain excellent guest relations and independently handle guest complaints effectively.
4. Assist higher-level management in dealing with emergencies and unforeseen situations.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma or higher in a related field.
2. Familiar with the operations and management of front office, dining, and banquet services in a hotel setting, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
3. Able to supervise the quality standards and operational processes of the front office, and oversee all aspects of front office operations.
4. Capable of effectively implementing and completing the monthly work plan set by the department.
5. Fluent in English, with strong coordination and management skills.
