Front Office Agent – $1,000 Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office & Rooms Division team. As the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience. Whether you have prior experience as a front desk clerk or are eager to embark on a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the guest registration process and effectively communicate hotel services, promotions, and amenities.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, fellow employees, and visitors.
• Handle guest inquiries, process forms of payment, and assist with other front desk operations as needed.
• Engage in casual conversation and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, technical proficiency (basic computer applications), and customer service experience are required.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, solid judgment, ability to resolve conflicts effectively, and adaptability to meet changing guest needs.

Sign-On Bonus

A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be provided in two payments:

• $500 after 30 days of employment.
• $500 after 90 days of employment.
