Duties and Responsibilities / ?????

1. Contribute to Programme Development
   • Provide leadership in designing, formulating programme proposals on gender, climate change, and women’s economic empowerment.
   • Identify areas for intervention and provide technical inputs for strategic development.

2. Support Programme Implementation and Management
   • Develop workplans and budgets for related programmes.
   • Coordinate call/request for proposals and capacity assessments.
   • Train partners on Results-Based Management and monitor programme implementation.

3. Technical Assistance and Capacity Development
   • Provide technical support to national and local partners for implementation.
   • Identify opportunities for capacity building and conduct relevant trainings.

   • Monitor progress using Results-Based Management tools and draft reports.
   • Provide inputs to donor and UN Women reports.

Required Skills and Experience / ???????

1. Education
   • Master’s degree in social sciences, gender studies, international development, or related fields.
   • A bachelor’s degree with additional experience may be considered.

2. Experience
   • At least 5 years of experience in programme management, monitoring, and donor reporting.
   • Experience in women’s economic empowerment, climate action, and rural development is desirable.
