Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain Airgas safety standards and procedures.
  • Direct, supervise, and complete team installations and retrofits of Airgas fixed and flexible automation equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Airgas equipment; perform routine maintenance and customer training.
  • Conduct regional travel with extended overnight stays.
  • Communicate with various teams, including Account Managers and Weld Process Specialists.
  • Maintain company-provided diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Report job status and unsafe conditions continuously in real-time through the Service Software database.
  • Complete all service orders and ensure timely documentation.
  • Assist in on-the-job training for apprentices and other technicians.

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Industrial Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical or electronics repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • General mechanical aptitude and logical troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
