Job Description:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will negotiate and manage IT product and services agreements in the U.S. Public Sector, focusing on federal government customers and systems integrators. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing responses to contractual requests and proposals.
  • Performing cradle-to-grave contract management.
  • Evaluating agreements and assessing key risks.
  • Collaborating with senior team members and sales leaders to implement legal strategies.
  • Building relationships with legal colleagues and customers for efficient deal closures.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in government contracting, negotiation, and administration.
  • Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required.
  • Preferred: Professional certification and active U.S. Department of Defense clearance.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation and related codes.
  • Understanding of IT products and services.
  • Strong detail orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple agreements and influence consensus.

Salary Range:

  • USD Annual Salary: $75,500.00 - $174,500.00 (actual offer may vary).
