As part of our North American expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing U.S. team.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, reporting to the VP of Sales for North America, your role includes:

  1. Equipment Sales & Relationship Management
    • Prospect and qualify new clients.
    • Build and maintain networks to win projects.
    • Represent Prodeval at industry events.
    • Manage sales activities using CRM software.
    • Create budgets to forecast demand.
  2. Improvement of Product Offerings
    • Act as the "Voice of the Customer," providing feedback to improve products and processes.
    • Conduct market analysis and report on competition and new opportunities.

Job Conditions:

  • Start ASAP
  • Remote work with up to 75% travel, including regular visits to Schaumburg, IL.
  • Full-time position with 401(k), health insurance reimbursement, PTO, and other benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, electrical, or renewable energy engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in renewable energy markets (RNG, biogas, CNG/LNG).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven technical sales background in the gas industry.
