Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain business with existing utility accounts while developing high-potential prospects
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer support activities
  • Create and execute an annual sales plan for the territory
  • Track and manage sales interactions, proposals, and orders through CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Operations, and Logistics
  • Prepare and present customized proposals for products and services
  • Ensure smooth project implementation and completion in partnership with operations and logistics
  • Conduct market research to inform pricing and strategic decisions
  • Provide customer support until full payment and completion of services rendered

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of direct sales or technical sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks
  • Knowledge of the Utilities market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via digital platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Good knowledge of job costing, market pricing trends, and competitive activities
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Project commissioning or project management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
