Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated interest in student development with optimism for their ability to learn and grow
• Ability to adapt to local Chinese educational standards and utilize new technologies
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a Dual Language Immersion environment
