Role Overview:

As the Head of Key Stage 1 & 2, you will lead a talented team of primary educators from various countries. Your responsibilities will include academic leadership, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting both academic and pastoral needs of students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A domestic or international teaching license; PGCE or QTS preferred.
  • At least two years of full-time teaching experience.
  • Familiarity with the English National Curriculum is desirable.
  • A student-centered approach to learning with a focus on student development.
  • High professionalism, compassion, and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient with online learning and management platforms.
  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
