Position Overview

PSA is seeking a Research Analyst with fluency in Arabic, French, and English to join our Dubai office. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a background or strong interest in international affairs, political and security risk analysis, corporate due diligence, or market research within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The position offers excellent growth potential and opportunities for increased responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and social media research in English, French, and Arabic.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and conduct interviews with subjects and experts.
• Maintain accurate interview records and research documentation.
• Manage project-related communications and respond to task assignments.
• Monitor and track project budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Academic or professional experience in political/social analysis, investigations, or research.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and online research.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Arabic, French, and English.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 13,000 per month
