HUAHE company July 1, 2013 - December 31, 2023 and product items as well as collecting and organizing defense evidence information. Successfully handled hundreds of trademark cases and dozens of copyright cases annually. Proficient in Photoshop and office software with expertise in the trademark system. 2) In charge of company administrative affairs including case refund accounting, invoice issuance, etc. 3) Responsible for handling business quotes, drafting contracts and agreements while maintaining effective communication withcustomers. 4) Establishing and managing company documents archives along with performing related tasks such as industry registration procedures (industry & commerce), banking processes, taxation matters, etc.

Haiwenjie company March 1, 2010 - March 1, 2013 1) Mainly responsible for the settlement of after-sales payments for 4S stores, handling cash receipts and payments, and reviewing and approving receipts. 2) Register daily accounts to ensure daily and monthly settlement. 3) Safekeeping cash inventory and securities. 4) Safekeeping relevant seals, registering and canceling checks. 5) Reviewing income vouchers and handling sales settlements. Carefully review the relevant vouchers for sales business, strictly follow the sales contract and bank settlement system, timely handle the settlement of sales funds, and collect sales payments. 6) collate employee's reimbursement invoices and submit the invoices to finance manager for approval.
