About the team
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, workplace service, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
Responsibilities
We are the user experience design team of the Information System Department.
We provide professional experience design for internal tools based on our design philosophy and design methods to promote business collaboration, enhance operational efficiency, support scientific decision-making, and better carry out global digital management.
- Fully participate in the entire user design process by engaging in design analysis, design strategy, and execution on both website and mini-program platforms;
- Thoroughly understand the business needs, conduct user interviews and research, synthesize research findings to produce user experience maps, identify and analyze experience issues, develop solution strategies, and drive the solution and implementation of these strategies;
- Work closely with the product and business teams to support the high-quality delivery of business requirements, co-create and collaborate on key projects, explore user experience highlights, and ensure that the product experience maintains core competitiveness;
- Participate in the development of team capabilities by demonstrating strong aesthetic judgment and systematic design skills, driving the optimization of existing design systems, establishing design guidelines and assets, and enhancing team collaboration to improve quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in UX design?
- Possess excellent professional design and visual presentation abilities, comprehensive design knowledge, product thinking, and user perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Having B2B product design, and large-scale system or platform design work experience is preferred?
- Possess good collaborative abilities and results-focused mentality, and have a passion for enterprise service products.

ByteDance was founded in 2012 by a team led by Yiming Zhang and Rubo Liang, who saw opportunities in the then-nascent mobile internet market, and aspired to build platforms that could enrich people's lives. The company launched Toutiao, one of its flagship products, in August 2012. It followed that success with the launch of Douyin in September 2016. Approximately a year later, ByteDance accelerated globalization with the launch of its global short video product, TikTok. It quickly took off in markets like Southeast Asia, signaling a new opportunity for the company. ByteDance acquired Musical.ly in November 2017 and subsequently merged it with TikTok.
