Required Skills / Abilities:
- Prepare recommended source lists of qualified contractors based on past performance.
- Coordinate with project management and customer recommendations.
- Prepare Request for Proposal forms and verify proposal packages for accuracy.
- Receive contractors' responses, assess their ability to meet requirements, and negotiate terms.
- Prepare and issue contracts according to delegated procurement authority.
- Draft contract documents and amendments, ensuring appropriate terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate tracking records for each contract.
- Interpret business challenges and recommend best practice solutions.
- Contribute to implementation plan development and project coordination.
Education and Licensing Requirements:
- BA/BS in a related field or applicable discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Generally, 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency with applicable software applications, including SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to persuade and influence others, with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
