Role Overview:
PSA is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Manila office as Research Analysts. This role is ideal for those with a passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth online and social media research
- Collect, organize, and analyze data effectively
- Develop and prepare interview questions as needed
- Conduct interviews with relevant subjects and experts
- Accurately document and maintain records of interviews
- Manage and respond to project-related tasks and communications
- Monitor and manage project budgets with precision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Professional, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality research with minimal supervision
- Academic or professional experience in political analysis, social analysis, investigations, or similar research areas
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Thai, Bahasa, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, or other languages is a plus
