Responsibilities:

- Continuously optimize the product pipeline to increase customer satisfaction and drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Bioengineering, Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Machinery, Optics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English with strong literature and patent writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a strong aptitude for summarizing, sharing, and overcoming research challenges.
