Job Title: Mobile Release Platform Development Engineer - R&D Efficiency
Job Type: Backend Development

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the construction of the company's mobile release platform and system, including optimization and improvement of R&D processes, tools, and quality;
- Design and implement R&D efficiency tools and platforms to improve team collaboration and efficiency, including but not limited to mobile release processes, packaging and compilation optimization, hotfixes, etc.;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with a solid foundation in computer science and programming skills, and a strong understanding of data structures;
- Experience in designing and developing mobile release platforms;
- Proficient in Java and Spring frameworks, etc.;
- Proficient in multithreaded programming, familiar with common open-source distributed middleware, caching, message queues, databases, etc.;
- Strong curiosity and sensitivity to cutting-edge technologies. Good communication skills, learning ability, and teamwork spirit;
- Deep understanding of R&D processes and practices, with strong engineering thinking and the ability to accurately grasp requirements;
- Strong technical vision, fast learning ability, and good communication and expression skills.
