    YOUR ROLE

    • Ensure smooth operations in Henkel Consumer Brands Production regarding all digitization and automation solutions (sensors, robotics, image recognition and evaluation systems, PLCs, machine controls...)
    • Implementation of Henkel Cyber Security guidelines
    • Control maintenance/repair of the OT/IT environment in the production setting
    • Coordinate external companies for the implementation of upcoming maintenance, optimization, and investment projects in the OT/IT network environment
    • Conduct digitization and automation projects
    • Develop innovative solutions in the operational environment and their introduction/implementation/support
    • Training of employees

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Completed master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (m/f/d)
    • Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience, including knowledge in Siemens S7/PCS7 programming, TIA Portal, robotics, sensors, visual image processing
    • Experience in an analytical approach to troubleshooting and resolution
    • Willingness to learn and support the introduction of new technologies
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Knowledge in OT-Security is advantageous
