UC Davis LL.M. Program Highlights:

Integration of American and International Law: Our LL.M. program seamlessly integrates American and international law students, offering a diverse curriculum over ten months of study. With a commitment to academic excellence and real-world application, we provide a unique educational experience.

General LL.M.: Tailor your curriculum to gain a basic understanding of the U.S. legal system or focus on a specific area of legal scholarship. Work with our program director to customize your learning path, including preparation for a bar exam.

Customized LL.M.: Designed for academic needs not covered by a concentration, the customized option allows you to focus on specific areas such as private or public international law, public interest law, human rights, and social justice law. Collaborate with our program director to create a personalized curriculum.

LL.M. with Concentration: Become a master in a specific area of law by choosing one of our six concentrations: Business Law, Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, Criminal Law and Policy, Immigration Law, or Tax Law. Graduates receive a Master of Laws degree along with a concentration certificate.

Two-Year Advanced LL.M.: For those with extensive educational and career goals, our two-year Advanced LL.M. Program offers a comprehensive study period. Contact our LL.M. Admissions Office for more details.
