YOUR ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the HCB media strategy and implementation as Senior Media Manager for UKI & Nordics, based in the UK.
Local Media Buying (20%)
- Media Agency / Vendor Negotiations & Pitches, Contracts, Bonus & Steering
- KPI Implementation & Controlling (incl. on/off grid)
- Compliance for internal & external processes
- Identifying and Steering of Global / Regional / Local Media Buying Projects
Local Media Strategy & Planning (40%)
- Localization of Global Media Strategy to local markets
- Leading local media strategy & planning according to KPIs/benchmarks
- Evolution of Media towards Digital
- Lead in stakeholder collaboration with local marketing (brand and digital) & EU BAM & global media strategy teams
- Steering of reporting to regional & global & local
- Administrative tasks: e.g. management of Henkel Media City, PO creations, invoicing etc.
Global Projects (30%)
- Projects: DDM, MMX, MSO
- Integration of global Ad-tech: FBM, Global AdServer
Line Management Responsibilities (10%)
YOUR SKILLS
- Demonstrable success as an established Media Manager looking to step up and/or experience a different market.
- Degree educated, or equivalent, preferably in Business Management, Media or Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Numerate, commercially astute, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Line management experience
