The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University (www.cdyfy.com) is a leading healthcare institution in China, offering integrated medical services, education, scientific research, preventive care, and rehabilitation. Established in 1939, the hospital boasts over 80 years of cultural heritage and is recognized as one of the first-grade A tertiary hospitals in China. The hospital is consistently ranked among the top hospitals in China, including being ranked 69th in Ailibi's top 100 hospitals in 2019, the only hospital in Jiangxi Province to achieve this distinction.
The hospital is a powerhouse of medical research and innovation, hosting 41 scientific research platforms. It has earned three national Science and Technology awards and three Second Prizes in the National Science and Technology Progress Awards. As a national demonstration center for clinical teaching, it is also a prominent training base for clinical pharmacists and university students across China.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our team of experts:
- Excellent Talents: Renowned scholars with significant, widely recognized achievements. Candidates should have experience in organizing major scientific research projects and possess innovative ideas for advancing discipline construction. The ability to lead discipline groups to achieve national and international prominence is essential.
- Leading Talents: Well-known scholars who have made outstanding contributions recognized both nationally and internationally. Candidates should be at the forefront of their fields, with the ability to coordinate discipline development to maintain or achieve a leading position in China.
- Discipline Leaders: Candidates should hold a title of Associate Professor or higher from reputable international universities or research institutions. Proven success in producing significant research outputs in their field and the ability to elevate the discipline to top levels in China are required.
- Outstanding Young Talents: Candidates should have at least two years of postdoctoral or equivalent research experience from reputable universities or research institutions globally. A strong academic vision, robust research abilities, and a track record of publishing influential articles in top journals are necessary.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary: 300,000 - 1,500,000 RMB
- Research Foundation: 200,000 - 4,000,000 RMB
- Housing Subsidy: 100,000 - 2,000,000 RMB
- Additional Benefits: Assistance with resolving spouse’s employment and children’s schooling.
